ALISON SMITH PIASECKI
Alison Smith Piasecki is an AV rated attorney who concentrates her practice in estate planning, estate administration and business succession planning, assisting clients with the formation of tax efficient estate plans that address each individual’s unique family circumstances. Ms. Piasecki also has extensive experience in the representation of non-profit organizations, including the creation of non-profit entities, qualification for tax-exempt status and advising boards with regard to ongoing compliance with legal requirements.
Prior to joining Ohrenberger, De Lisi & Harris as a Partner, Ms. Piasecki spent many years with the law firms of Hutchins, Wheeler & Dittmar and Nixon Peabody in Boston. Ms. Piasecki is a graduate of Boston College School of Law, Wellesley College and Phillips Exeter Academy. She volunteers her time as a Member of the Planned Giving Committee of the South Shore Hospital Charitable Foundation and as a Member of the Planned Giving Advisory Committee for the Cardinal Cushing Center.
