Richard A. Henderson

Richard A. Henderson, has been practicing with the Firm since 2019.  Before joining the Firm,  Attorney Henderson was in private practice for over forty years, most recently with Henderson and Henderson, P.C.   His practice focuses on conveyancing, municipal law, corporate law, taxation, land use, estate planning and probate.  Mr. Henderson has represented clients in front of various state boards and agencies and in local administrative boards and other public bodies across Eastern Massachusetts.  He has assisted his corporate clients in all aspects of running their businesses.  He has also served as the Cohasset Town Counsel.  Mr. Henderson is a graduate of Dalhousie University Law School and Mount Alison University of Canada.
