Michelle L. Baker is an associate in our Scituate office. Ms. Baker’s practice focuses on commercial and residential real estate transactions, estate planning and elder law. Ms. Baker has experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, conveyancing documents and loan documents, as well as analyzing and resolving complex title issues.
Ms. Baker also has experience drafting and negotiating organizational and transactional documents in connection with the creation of various business entities, including limited liability companies and real estate conveyancing trusts. Ms. Baker has represented buyers, sellers, lenders and borrowers in connection with the conveyance and financing of residential and commercial properties throughout Massachusetts.
